U.S. Return and Refund Policy

3Dconnexion has a 30 day return policy
(30 days from the date the customer purchased the item directly from 3Dconnexion).

3Dconnexion does not accept returns if the product was not purchased directly from 3Dconnexion.

Refund Restrictions
  • The item/s being returned must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • The item/s being returned must not be altered in any way.
Return Information
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • We recommend shipping the items via UPS or FedEx so the shipment can be tracked.
    The original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We will refund your original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received.
To request a return authorization
  • Please email order_us(at)3dconnexion.com in order to request a “return merchandise authorization” number (RMA#)
  • Please include the name on the original order and order #.
  • We will respond to your request with an RMA# along with the return address and instructions for shipping.
