My SpaceMouse does not work properly in Shapr3D on macOS

After installing the latest version of our 3dxWare driver (v10.8.9) driver on macOS, users experience navigation issues in Shapr3D.
We are aware of this problem and are working closely with the Shapr3D development team to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What should I do until the issue is fixed?
Until a permanent fix is released, we recommend continuing to use driver version 10.8.8 or earlier to ensure proper navigation functionality in Shapr3D.
