What version of the BLUETOOTH standard does my computer support?
Note: Windows 7 does not support Bluetooth Low Energy!
On Windows:
1. Open the device manager on your computer
2. Expand the Bluetooth category
3. Search for your Bluetooth adapter. It may be listed such as « Bluetooth Radio », « Bluetooth Adapter », « Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) Adapter » or similiar (ignore all listings containing « Enumerator »)
4. Double-click on your Bluetooth adapter and open the advanced tab
5. Locate the first number of the « LMP version » (Link Manager Protocol version) which tells which exact version of Bluetooth is supported.
CadMouse Wireless or CadMouse Pro Wireless (Left) needs at least LMP version 6 (Bluetooth Smart) to work correctly.
