Return and refund policy

3Dconnexion has a 14 days return policy
(14 days from the date the customer received the item)

Only items that have been purchased directly from 3Dconnexion.com can be returned to 3Dconnexion

General return guidelines
  • Item/s being returned must include all original packaging and accessories
  • Items must be returned in a new or like-new condition
    (no internal or external damage that was not present at time of delivery)
Return process and timing
  • Request a return within 14 days after receiving the item/s by filling out the form
  • We will check your request and send you an e-mail with further information
  • If your return request has been accepted, you have another 14 days to send your return
    (we recommend shipping the items via UPS so the shipment can be tracked, the original and return shipping charges are not refundable)
  • After your return is delivered to our warehouse, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect returned item/s and initiate the refund
Refund information
  • Once your item/s have been received and approved for refund, we will return the funds to your original payment method
  • The financial institutions may then need a further 2-5 working days to process the initiated refund before it appears in your account
