My 3Dconnexion wireless device is not communicating properly with the receiver
If the receiver is placed in a position which is not electromagnetically critical, the operating distance is more than 10 meters.
In case the receiver is placed behind a wall there might be problems with the connection. We recommend to connect the receiver to a USB extension that is used to place the receiver in front of the wall.
Some users may experience erratic operation caused by interference due to USB 3.0 ports, especially when used next to USB 3.0 hard drives. Choosing a different port (preferably USB 2.0) or a USB extender cable may eliminate the interference.
