How do I optimize the performance of my SpaceMouse in Inventor?
For detailed parts and assemblies performance problems may occur during movement due to the high computing power requirements.
Setting the minimum frame rate to “20” in the Inventor “Application Options” dialog may significantly improve performance.
Once the frame rate drops below this value Inventor will simplify representation of objects.
Upon completion of the movement , the objects will again be displayed in full detail.
The minimum framerate can be set as follows:
1. Open the “Tools -> Application Options” panel
2. Activate the “Display” tab
3. Set the “Minimum frame rate (Hz)” to “20”
4. Close the “Application Options” panel
