How do I check the battery level of my 3Dconnexion wireless product?
There are three ways to check the battery level of your wireless 3Dconnexion product. These are outlined below:
A) Status LED
When you turn on the device, battery status is displayed via the battery status LED.
1. A green LED indicates the battery is good.
2. A red LED indicates low battery. The device should be charged within several days.
B) System Tray
1. Ensure the device is connected to your computer.
2. Hover your cursor over the 3Dconnexion icon in the system tray. Battery percentage for all connected devices is shown in the notification balloon that appears.
C) 3Dconnexion Properties
1. Right click the 3Dconnexion icon in the system try and select “Open 3Dconnexion Properties”.
2. Select the device you wish to check the battery status of from the drop down menu in the top left of the window.
3. Hover your mouse over the battery icon located below the device’s image. This will show the battery percentage remaining.
