How do I change the default location for storing 3Dconnexion settings?
Some administrators and users wish to move their 3Dconnexion configuration settings (profiles) to a different location than the default. This might be helpful when the configuration should be used from several computers or is going to be shared between different user accounts on the same machine.
Detailed information on how to change the default location of 3Dconnexion settings can be found in the “3Dconnexion Administrators Guide” in the section “Configuration hierarchy and sharing”.
Additionally, driver settings (profiles) can be exported and imported manually from the 3Dconnexion main driver panel:
“More > Export Settings” and “More > Import Settings”
Note:
Exported profiles are meant to be used only with the same driver version.
