3Dconnexion Bluetooth device not visible for pairing on Windows 11
Some users do not see their 3Dconnexion device listed during Bluetooth pairing on newer versions of Windows 11. This is caused by a device filtering mechanism introduced on Windows 11 and can be avoided by installing the latest 3DxWare 10.
After installation, the Firmware Update needs to be executed.
A notification will be displayed under the name of the device if a firmware is available (if you don’t see your device, please connect it via cable). See pictures below:
Clicking on the notification in the settings window starts the firmware update tool.
Please follow the instructions and click on Update.
