When will I get my order?

Where do I enter my VAT registration number?

If you are buying for a business enter a company name. You can now enter your VAT registration number in the corresponding field that is displayed under the billing address form.

Can I return my products at all times?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchased items within 30 days of your purchase date. How do I track my order?

When our warehouse ships your order, we’ll send you an email that includes the shipping carrier’s name and your order’s tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.
If you have a 3Dconnexion user account, you can find the tracking number on the information panel of your order. Simply sign in to your user account and click on “Webshop Orders” to see your orders.
